At Organic Queen Bee each order is prepared with care and intention. From blending to packaging, we take our time to ensure your products arrive safely and beautifully.
✨ Processing Time Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared before shipment. • Orders are processed Monday–Friday • Weekends and holidays are not included • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience as we carefully prepare your order.
📦 Shipping Time Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are: • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if selected at checkout) Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
🚚 Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
🌸 Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.
📍 Incorrect Addresses Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for: • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout • Delays caused by carrier issues If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
