✨ Returns



We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.


To qualify for a return, your item must be:


  • Unused and unopened
  • In its original packaging
  • In the same condition it was received



Because our products are made for skin and baby-safe use, we are unable to accept returns on opened items.





🌸 Non-Returnable Items



For safety and hygiene, the following items are final sale:


  • Opened or used body oils or skincare products
  • Baby care products that have been opened
  • Custom, handmade, or made-to-order items
  • Sale or discounted items



We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize your safety and product integrity.





💫 Refunds



Once your return is received and gently inspected, we will notify you of your refund status.


If approved:


  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing



Shipping fees are non-refundable.





🌼 Exchanges



We only offer exchanges if your item arrives:


  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect



If this happens, please reach out within 3 days of delivery, and we will make it right with care.

Our products are crafted with natural, nourishing ingredients. Every skin is unique, so we recommend:


  • Reviewing ingredient lists before use
  • Performing a patch test prior to full application



We are not responsible for individual sensitivities or allergic reactions.





🌙 Order Changes & Cancellations



Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this time, your order may already be in preparation or on its way to you.
